1. GENERAL
1.1 BY VIEWING THIS SITE OR SIGNING IN (LOGING IN), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND SERVICES.

2.1 A username and password are required to log into DirectWare. You are responsible for the security of the login information. Company cannot be held liable for any use arising from unauthorized use of your login information.

2.2 Company may cancel your user account at any time, with or without notice.

2.3 All email addresses used in a user account must be unique. This means that two individuals from the same organization may not associate the same email address with both their accounts.

2.4 Users may not share accounts or logins. Each person in an organization who wishes access to DirectWare® must have his or her own login.

3. USE OF SITE, ACCURACY OF SUBMITTED INFORMATION
You agree to use this site for only legal purposes and that all information submitted is correct, truthful, and current.

This site may link to third parties. Company is not responsible for any content of, or usage of third-party sites.

Company uses a third-party credit card processing company with its own terms of service and privacy policy. Company is not responsible for the actions of third-party vendor and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company for any and all actions or failures to act of the third-party. This not withstanding, if you have a question or concern regarding a credit card transaction, Company will seek to address your question or concern in a timely manner. All correspondence regarding financial transactions should be in writing.

Credit Reports, Income Verifications, Asset Verifications, Other Verifications, Property Reports, Title & Escrow, etc.
Fees paid for Credit Reports, Income Verifications, Asset Verifications, Other Verifications, Property Reports, Title and Escrow, and all other services and products except for Appraisal Fees are not refundable under any condition.

Appraisal Fees
Fees paid for appraisal services will not be subject to refund at any time after we have ordered or obtained the services for which such fees are being collected.
